Select of materials for achromatization of the relief-phase diffraction structures

The paper describes a selecting technique for materials of a two-layer phase-relief DOE microstructure with the purpose of its so-called “achromatization,” i.e. with lower wavelength dependence of the diffraction efficiency within the required spectral band.
