Abstract:
Methods of double exposure speckle-photography with digital recording of speckle-pattern of diffraction field in far diffraction area and method of holographic interferometry with recording of digital fourier-hologram for measurement of scattering object micro displacement are considered. Computer simulation of specklegram recording, processes of diffraction halo formations and formation of object image with modulating interference fringes reflecting object displacement is executed. It is shown, that numerical normalization of intensity distribution in diffraction halo allows to increase the measurement accuracy. The comparative analysis of metrological potential of considered methods shows lower threshold of sensitivity for speckle-photography method in comparison with the method of holographic interferometry. It is established, that nonlinear processing of digital specklegram, expanding of diffraction halo, allows essentially lowering a sensitivity threshold of methods. Natural experiments with using digital methods of speckle-photography and holographic interferometry with recording of diffraction field in fourier-plane are executed.
