Abstract:
Low-coherence full-field interferometry method is proposed to investigate inner structure of transparent layered biological objects. Visualization program and algorithm of optical and physical property measurements were worked out. It was shown in the paper that this method can be used in volume structure of crystallized drop of biological liquid investigation in static and dynamic process. Microtomograms of fragments of the drops are shown. Methods of contact angle and local refractive index measurements are investigated. Significant differences of local refractive index of different parts of drops are detected. Dynamic of contact angle of drying drop are shown.

Key words:full-filed low coherence interferometry, tomography, interference measurements, visualization, wedge dehydration of protein.
