Abstract:
The present paper is devoted to investigation of influence of thin chrome films microstructure to kinetics of thermochemical oxidation, stimulated by laser radiation. Results of numerical and nature experiments are presented. The principal possibility of laser writing of structure with linear size less then diameter of laser beam is shown.
